Ever since I was ten years old I have had the sewing bug. I find fabric everywhere and just before the fabric hits the landfill I make something useful. Pouches, bags, totes, snack bags and book sleeves are my faves. Recently I have rescued upholstery samples and have made the cutest and most durable pouches. Economical and environmental all in one! Lately cork fabric bags have been added to the repertoire. Cork is waterproof, dustproof, lightweight, and has many other environmental properties. My cork bags are paired with cotton linings and vinyl accents for the ultimate in wearability and hardiness. All made in my home studio.
