We are reinventing Jam, Jelly, and Mustard!

Our boutique jams and jellies are low in sugar (~50% less than North American standards). We use local craft beer, apple cider, Ontario fruits or vegetables, and Canadian mustard seeds for our jellies, jams, spreads and mustard, bringing authentic, bold, and complex flavours.

We are creating a "Produit du terroir," which shows who we are in Ontario, bringing together different culinary influences and gastronomic delicacies. The best example is our Brewer Garlic Jam, a unique combination of flavours based on a traditional South of France recipe. Think fresh garlic and roasted garlic, golden ale beer, honey — it is so intriguing that you can't resist. You need to grab a jar.
