Malty & Hoppy Delicacy

Malty & Hoppy Delicacy creates boutique, low-sugar preserves and mustards inspired by craft beer and apple cider. Made with in-season Ontario fruits, high-quality garlic, Canadian mustard seeds, organic honey, local craft beer, and apple cider, our products reflect a true produit du terroir approach.

New this year: a German-style Märzen mustard made with Marzen beer from Wellington Brewery, and Caviar of Canuck—pickled mustard seeds with apple cider and maple syrup.

Our work has been recognized with awards for both preserves (Dark Ale's Mincemeat spread and Sour Cherry jam) and mustards (English- and French-style) in 2025 at the Royal Winter Fair competition, celebrating balance, depth, and originality.

We will also bring our best-seller Garlic Brewer Jam, inspired by a South of France recipe, blending fresh and roasted garlic with golden ale and honey for a deeply savoury, one-of-a-kind flavour. Our range also includes beer jellies, such as our Spicy Raspberry Hibiscus Sour, and gourmet jams, like Cranberry Apple Cider, Peach IPA, Coffee Apple and Warm Spicy Pear—all crafted to be shared, gifted, and savoured.
